A recent study from the University of Texas at Dallas has unveiled that individuals with cannabis use disorder frequently experience poorer sleep quality. Notably, a 2016 study tracking over 3,000 middle-aged adults found that those who used marijuana for more than five years had worse verbal memory compared to less frequent users.
