Sean “Diddy” Combs, the renowned hip-hop mogul and founder of Bad Boy Records, has been hit with three new lawsuits in New York, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted three men between 2019 and 2022. The lawsuits, filed anonymously, accuse Combs of exploiting his position of power to abuse the victims and then using threats to silence them.
One claimant alleges he was drugged and assaulted by Combs during a meeting in 2020 at the InterContinental hotel in Times Square, while another says he was attacked at an afterparty in 2019 at the Park Hyatt. The third alleges he was drugged and raped during a 2020 summer party at Combs’ East Hampton mansion. All three men are seeking a jury trial and damages.
Responding to the accusations, Combs’ legal team called the claims “baseless” and vowed to challenge them, stating, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
These allegations add to Combs’ ongoing federal sex trafficking case, where he faces accusations of running drug-fuelled sex parties involving coercion, violence, and blackmail. He has pleaded not guilty but remains in federal custody, with his request for bail denied three times.
The lawsuits mark a growing wave of legal challenges against Combs, as alleged victims seek justice for what they describe as years of exploitation and abuse.
