A recent poll by South Dakota State University found that a majority of South Dakota voters oppose a recreational marijuana legalisation ballot measure. The poll, conducted by the SDSU Hughes School of Public Policy, surveyed 800 registered voters and found that 55% oppose legalisation, while 38% support it. The remaining 7% were undecided. This poll comes ahead of a possible 2024 ballot measure on recreational marijuana legalisation in South Dakota.
