The Essex Recovery Festival, held at Lambourne End Centre, offers a unique, alcohol- and drug-free experience for attendees. This festival features live music, yoga sessions, archery, and various outdoor adventure activities, catering to the rising demand for sober-friendly events, particularly among Gen-Z, who are increasingly choosing to abstain or moderate their alcohol intake.
Launched by the Essex Recovery Foundation in collaboration with Not Saints, the UK’s first sobriety-based record label, the festival aims to build a visible recovery community in Essex. It provides a safe, vibrant space where people can enjoy the festivities without relying on substances, reflecting a broader trend of young people seeking alternative ways to have fun.
