These commitments fund trusted providers delivering residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation services across 13 The Council funds comprehensive recovery programmes by allocating £214,817 per year for detoxification services. Esteemed organisations like Adferiad Recovery and Turning Point Services deliver this crucial first step in addressing addiction. Trusted providers, including Phoenix Futures, The Forward Trust, and Acorn Recovery Projects, oversee operations across 13 locations. According to DB Recovery Resources, the “Council has awarded contracts to eight providers as part of their strategic service to help residents break free from addiction.”

Focusing on substance misuse recovery, the programme removes individuals from harmful environments and supports their healing through structured residential care. These holistic services, ranging from initial detoxification to long-term rehabilitation, offer an integrated approach to breaking cycles of addiction and restoring lives. Additionally, the local partnership Spark underscores their mission, stating, “We’re more than an addiction support service.
